PRODUCTS

All our products have been photographed to represent as true colour as possible. Processing procedures and screen resolutions differ greatly so please be mindful of this when selecting products.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment can be made via Direct Deposit (preferred method) or Paypal. Payment for orders must be received within 10 days of order being placed otherwise product will be returned to stock and order cancelled. Transfers between bank accounts can take several days so please ensure you allow sufficient time for funds to be deposited in order to secure your products.

PRICES

All prices shown are in Australia dollars and contain 10% GST where applicable.

SHIPPING TIMES

All orders will be packed and shipped within 24 hours of being paid for. If there will be any delay for any reason you will be contacted via email.

OUT OF STOCK

If for any reason an item is out of stock you will be given the choice of a replacement product or refund on that item.

POSTAGE

All item are shipped via Australia Post for a flat rate fee of $3 Australia wide. For international orders please email your order and postage charges will be quoted for you. D-lish Scaps will accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged once they leave our care. If you would prefer to have your order registered then please email for a quote.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your products. A refund/exchange will only be offered where there is a genuine manufacturing fault with an item.

BULK PRICES

Bulk prices displayed throughout the website are available for approved customers only. Normal prices will be charged for non "pre approved" customers.
