All our products have been photographed to represent as true colour as possible. Processing procedures and screen resolutions differ greatly so please be mindful of this when selecting products.
Payment can be made via Direct Deposit (preferred method) or Paypal. **Paypal will not be accepted for amounts under $10.** Payment for orders must be received within 7 days of order being placed otherwise product will be returned to stock and order cancelled. Transfers between bank accounts can take several days so please ensure you allow sufficient time for funds to be deposited in order to secure your products.

All orders will be packed and shipped within 24 hours of being paid for. If there will be any delay for any reason you will be contacted via email.

If for any reason an item is out of stock you will be given the choice of a replacement product or refund on that item.
All item are shipped via Australia Post. Postage costs can be found in the 'Postage' tab. For international orders outside of those specified, please email your order and postage charges will be quoted for you. D-lish Scaps will accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged once they leave our care. If you would prefer to have your order registered then please email for a quote.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your products. A refund/exchange will only be offered where there is a genuine manufacturing fault with an item.
Gift vouchers are redeemeable like cash, there are no exclusions. Vouchers must be used by the expiration date as indicated on the voucher or they are forfeited. Please select the appropriate payment method from the dropdown box at checkout and await a return email with the adjusted invoice.
Store credit is valid on full priced and non special list product only. If a full priced item is exempt from store credit, it will be indicated in the product description. Store credit can not be used to cover any postage costs, this is the responsibility of the credit holder. Balance payments of less than $10 will be accepted via Direct Deposit only.
